The accommodation is available from 12:00 on the day of arrival to 10:00 on the day of departure.

Upon arrival at the house, you must hand over your ID card or passport to the host. If you are checking in and out on your own, you must send a photo of your identification document.

In the event of damage, the guest is obliged to compensate for the damage before departure.

During the stay, guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment themselves and at the end of the stay they are obliged to hand it over in the condition in which they found it – clean, tidy and undamaged.

The guest is responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation and is obliged to maintain it. The hosts provide disinfectant for cleaning.

The guest should take special care with the key and the apartment lock, as the owners are not liable for theft or negligence. The fee for a lost key is 100 euros.

Night silence lasts from 23:00 to 08:00. During this period, no noise or disturbance of other guests is allowed.

Before leaving the apartment, please turn off the lights, unplug electrical appliances and close the taps. The air conditioning should be turned off if the windows or doors are open, or if you are not present in the apartment.

During the summer, the guest is obliged to take out the garbage daily.

It is not allowed to bring electrical appliances into the facility without the prior consent of the host, except for personal care appliances.

Guests are obliged to take care of their belongings and valuables in the apartment. The owner is not responsible for their possible disappearance.
